Jackie Morales is Vice President of Communications for Morales Group. Jackie joined the Morales team in 2008 and quickly embraced the mission and efforts toward global diversity. After learning the client side of the business in a business development role, Jackie moved into leadership role as the head of marketing. Her creative insight and marketing acumen have helped grow the organization from the client acquisition perspective and on the community outreach side.
Giving back to her Latino roots is integral to her personal value statement and Jackie works diligently to stay involved with the Latino community. She was elected as the first female, chairman of the Indy Chamber Hispanic Business Council in 2014 and has served on the HBC for nine years and the Indy Chamber Executive Committee for three years. She also passionately works every summer with Project Stepping Stone, a college prep program that helps Hispanic high school students prepare for college and beyond, by mentoring and leading various workshops. In addition, she served as the Executive Vice President of the Indianapolis chapter of National Society of Hispanic MBA’s for two years and on the board for four, on the board of Cancer Support Community Central Indiana for four years and the Exodus Refugee board for a year. In 2017, Jackie joined the Edge board, a faith-based nonprofit organization focused on mentoring for millennials and young professionals.
Prior to Morales Group, Jackie worked as the Deputy Press Secretary for Becky Skillman focusing on speech writing and media relations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington and completed her MBA from University of Notre Dame in 2014. She loves spending time with her two sons, Sebastian (Sebby) Morales, born two months before her graduation from Notre Dame and Mateo Morales born in 2016. She and her husband, Seth, enjoy spending time outdoors with the boys and visiting Newfields.
