At the Morales Group our employees exemplify the spirit and dedication that has provided unequaled customer service and work performance. Our full time staff and temporary workforce are encouraged and supported in their efforts to improve their education and skills, learn job search techniques, and take part in the community.

Our Community
Morales Group employees actively engage in community outreach programs to support job training and community health programs. The Morales Group’s participation and sponsorships of the Latino Community Development’s “Santa Comes To Town,” the annual Indianapolis Women of Color conference, and special events like Cinco de Mayo, help give back to the diverse communities we serve.
