Bilingual Call Center Representatives in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Representatives will manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Representatives will follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Maintain a clean workspace in accordance with safety and site needs
  • Work well with our employees to help solve customer-related inquires
  • Will manage time efficiently throughout the day

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
  • Speak and Read English/ Spanish is required and essential to fulfilling job requirements
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types is key in this role
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively is necessary to fulfill job requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent is required

Job Type:

This is position is a temp to hire role

Salary:

$12.00 to $16.00 an hour depending on experience and shift
