Responsibilities of Bilingual Clerical Administrator:

  • Routine customer service – coordinating orders from Latin American customers with purchases from USA vendors
  • Tasks include preparation of quotations, purchase orders. export documentation
  • Email and phone contact with customers requires verbal and written competence in English and Spanish
  • Miscellaneous office tasks requiring proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Prepare monthly statements for customers

Job Requirements Bilingual Clerical Administrator:

  • High School Diploma
  • Demonstrated written and verbal skills in English and Spanish
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Positive and dedicated work ethic
  • Some accounting/bookkeeping knowledge preferred
  • Proficient in Ms Excel & Word
