Client Program Specialist in Plainfield, IN

Responsibilities of Client Program Specialist:

•The client program specialist (CPS) is primarily responsible for the execution of daily tasks for assigned account(s) that support the delivery and successful execution of services including order management, reporting, project management, inventory management and part maintenance, purchase order management, issue resolution and others tasks that may be assigned by account leadership
•Assist Account Executive and Program Managers analyze specific client data and requirements, as well as juggle multiple tasks in order to meet daily deadlines for solutions/services delivery
•The individual will be exposed to a myriad of functional and operational concepts for new services to help our clients solve their supply chain problems. Individual will use their creative operational and tactical experience to help the Supply Chain Solutions team define processes, procedures, and new capabilities

Requirements of Client Program Specialist:

•The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic,
and a positive attitude working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
•Must possess the ability to work with sensitive information and maintain a high
level of confidentiality
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
•The individual must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
•Creative out-of-the-box thinking coupled with a can-do attitude is a must
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required, expanded
knowledge of Excel is desired
•Must be open and willing to learn internal information systems to be able to utilize
them for daily tasks
•Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other cross functional departments and peers
•Skilled in building professional relationships
•College degree preferred

Monday-Friday (3 month contract)


$15 an hour
