Essential Functions/Job Specific:

  • Determine client requirements and fully understand job qualifications by collaborating with Account managers and recruiters
  • Develop a growing pool of strong candidates through social media and networking platforms as well as job boards and other online resources
  • Manage chatbots and all communication on social media regarding employment with Morales Group or associate inquiries – Strong written and verbal communication skills needed
  • Track candidate activity in applicant tracking system and ensure daily follow up with account managers and recruiters to ensure candidate life-cycle has been completed
  • Take a leadership role in arranging candidate interviews by coordinating schedules and preparing applicants for interviews
  • Develop recruitment strategies based on the requirements of open requisitions and hiring managers – work closely with branch leads and marketing to execute marketing plans
  • Research and develop alternative sourcing methods as well as pro-actively source talent via various channels (i.e. – LinkedIn, social networks, industry associations, and job boards), in an effort to establish qualified candidate pipelines for anticipated staffing needs and stay up to date on changing technology – be the experts on company texting and engagement software
  • Evaluate resources based on acquisition cost to optimize allocation of budget for highest return
  • Identify and discuss candidate compensation requirements based on local wage surveys for current and prospective markets
  • Provide weekly recruiting metrics to operation management
  • Keep current on market and industry trends and information to remain competitive and compliant
  • Demonstrate strategic approaches to direct sourcing, phone screening, and selection and recruiting practices
  • Responsible for posting jobs on external job boards and social media platforms and screening applicants by phone, text, email, and direct messages, and engaging with potential job seekers
  • Ensure real time communication across social media Respond in real time and be active on any groups, message boards, or direct messaging – Must have 100 % response rate

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English at a level appropriate for the job and communicate effectively
  • Experience with managing multiple social media platforms as well as paid and promoted advertisements
  • Must possess knowledge of social media and Google analytics and understand branding guidelines
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and or other languages is a plus
  • Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Department of Labor Laws both Federal/State specific preferred
  • High School and Higher Education preferred
