 IT Sales Executive in Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities:

  • Build Amplify and Morales Group’s market position in Indiana by strategically locating, engaging, developing and securing smart business relationships. Drive sustainable growth while insuring a consistent client and employee experience
  • Provide account management and client advocacy for Amplify clients. This would entail building rapport with clients and exploring new revenue opportunities within the Amplify client base. This position will also serve as a client advocate and liaison for any areas of concern or delivery of services for the client
  • Act as liaison between Amplify Project Managers (“PMs”) and client to provide oversight and guidance on major client project quotes and to establish an agreed upon price
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with recruiters and PMs to ensure the operations are equipped to deliver on the solution that is sold. Participate in project start-up and remain engaged with client and operations team to ensure we continue to meet/exceed client expectations. When necessary, work proactively with client and operations team to help address and resolve operational matters.
  • Sell company products and services to key account segments to achieve a defined sales and GP target
  • Research and prospect companies to schedule and execute effective face-to-face presentations with decision makers and influencers
  • Complete, update, and maintain client files in our CRM in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist operations in the collection of time cards or finance in the collection of receivables when required
  • Maintain collaborative and professional relationships with all persons and departments in the organization
  • Communicate timely and effectively with all internal and external business partners, including reporting any hazardous conditions/equipment to his/her manager immediately
  • Use independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties

Requirements: 

▪ Ability to speak, read, and write in English at a level appropriate for the job and communicate effectively
▪ BS degree Communication, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Programming, Computer Systems Analyst,           Software Developers preferred
▪ Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and or other languages is a plus
▪ Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented
▪ Knowledge of Department of Labor Laws both Federal/State specific preferred
▪ High School and Higher Education preferred
