Sales Supervisor - Dayton, Ohio - Morales Group

Morales Group is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor near the Dayton, OH area. 

Summary:

The Sales Supervisor leads the Ohio sales team and performs various operational duties related to service, invoicing, sales tracking, accountability, recruiting, training and vehicle compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with IOs, Distributors and Sales Reps
  • Hiring, developing, and managing performance of IO’s/Distributors/sales reps
  • Building a sales force to cover distribution and selling needs in each Market
  • Actively source new reps
  • Supervising IOs/Distributors/company sales reps
    • Managing routing, territory/store coverage – create an efficient call schedule for routes to maintain
    • Training new IOs/Distributors/company sales reps – Selling process, customer call schedule, and merchandising. “Gold Standard”
  • Holding IOs/distributors/sales reps accountable for maintaining 100% LFR (Large Format Retailers) call schedule
  • Communicating Sales results to OIs/Distributors/sales reps on weekly and monthly basis
  • Managing IOs/Distributors/Sales Reps performance against hitting monthly budgets and “Gold Standards”
  • Holding IOs/Distributors/sales reps accountable for meeting or exceeding sales budgets
  • Communicating Sales plans and programs to route drivers to sell into accounts
  • Meeting with OIs/Distributors/Sales Reps on Monthly basis identifying opportunities and prioritizes in the market
  • Calling on customers on weekly basis, identifying needs and opportunities
  • Spending time in the field, conduct weekly store visits, auditing stores sales execution
  • Achieving monthly sales budget through increased product distribution
  • Analyzing Sales to identify opportunities
  • Pulling Sales reports from INTEGRAsys and communicate sales reports
  • Managing communication through e-mails, WhatsApp, Company Apps
  • Following up with OIs/Distributors to ask them to make deposits for orders placed
  • Managing customer complaints and follow up
  • Sourcing new customers, add new customers to routes and territories
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • Sales and Marketing — knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

 

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but work experience may substitute
  • 2-3 years in a business development/sales role
  • 2-3 years supervisory/leading teams experience

 

Salary:

$65-$72K
