Summary:
The Inventory Admin reports directly to the Inventory Manager. Primary job functions are OS&D claim research/validation. Reporting the DC’s claim stats to Senior Leadership and Identifying and documenting the cause for the claim. Other key responsibilities will include Item Spec updates and comparing WMS Specs vs. SAP Specs
Responsibilities:
- Validating claim reports daily
- Investigating claim emails and replying in a timely manner
- Documentation of the validated claim for accountability
- Reporting the DC’s Claim Stats to Senior Leadership
- Review the Redwood Spec change report daily and update the WMS as needed
- Comparing the WMS Specs vs. SAP weekly
- Perform Inventory queries as requested by the Inventory Manager and Inventory Supervisor
- Adhere to all safety procedures/standards within the course of performing job tasks
- Other duties will be assigned as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of work experience in a distribution center environment is highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and SAP is highly preferred
- Strong Excel knowledge and skills is a must
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office is highly recommended
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) is a must
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Lift 35-60 pounds consistently and on a repetitive basis
- Moderate noise is typical for the work environment of this job (warehouse environment)
- Tolerance for extreme cold temperatures at times. (warehouse environment.)
Compensation:
- $17 an hour
Shift:
- 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
