Morales Group is looking for temp to hire Machine Operators in Lafayette, IN.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading raw material on the laser bed and/or remove cut pieces
  • Physical process requires good hand-eye coordination
  • Grind parts to shape
  • Works with Lead when issues are identified
  • Very physical job bending/twisting/reaching/standing all-day
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Laser Machine Operator or Fabrication Experience
  • Press Brake experience
  • Must be able to read a tape measure, and other measuring tools when necessary
  • Be able to lift 5-30lbs repeatedly and at times up to 50lbs
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • English requirement

Shift:

1st shift 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri
