We’re thrilled to welcome new team members at Morales Group! This week alone we’ve added five new faces, all in different roles.

With every new hire, we introduce them to our mission: building better futures one story at a time. Seth Morales, our President and COO, sits down with them and goes through our “why”. Our “why” is the guiding force behind our organization. Every decision and move is decided through the lens of building better futures for every individual whom walks through our door.

Tonya Saylor, far left, joins our Payroll Department with an impressive history of experience in AR & AP, payroll, human resources, and benefits. Sonia Rodriguez has worked for several years in customer service and we are pumped to add her experience to the team and contribution to the success of the call center.

Lydia Par, in the middle, joins our team as a recruiter for our corporate office. Her experience at a fulfillment center during peak season makes her the perfect candidate for our recruiting team. Aurelia Manzo will support one of our clients as an Onsite Recruiter. Reyna Lopez, far right, joins as a recruiter for our east office. Her previous experience in the staffing industry has given her the skills to work in client services and recruitment.

We can’t wait to see all the success they will achieve, in helping to provide better futures to those throughout Indianapolis.
