Tom is From: Indianapolis, Indiana

Following 23 years of success working with landmark companies including Proctor and Gamble, Union Carbide, and Donaldson Corporation, Tom decided to explore his dream of launching a business that would blend his pride in his Mexican heritage with his Hoosier roots. His goal was to build a bridge between the Indianapolis business community and the growing Hispanic population, and in 2003 that dream became a reality with Morales Group, Inc. (MGI).
In addition to his leadership role at Morales Group, Tom currently serves on the boards of Elevate Indy, YWAM, and IU Cancer Center Development Board. He has also served on the boards of the Immigrant Welcome Center, The Boy Scouts (Crossroads of America), and the St. Francis Foundation. Tom was also a Commissioner of the Metropolitan Development Commission and was appointed by Gov. Daniels as a commissioner of the State Student Assistance Commission (SSAC). In addition, he lectures all over the country on immigration issues and is a passionate advocate for the Hispanic community.
In his private life, Tom is dedicated to God, family, and to creating and preserving a sense of community. After earning a degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, Tom married his high school sweetheart, Chris. They have been married for 43 years and are the proud parents of five children.
President + COO
Seth is From: Indianapolis, Indiana
Fun Fact: I ran a 4.46 second 40-yard dash time for the pros my senior year of college.

Seth brings sharp business acumen and a passion for building meaningful relationships to everything he does at Morales Group. When he joined the company in 2005, he focused his efforts on business development; today he oversees all operations as President of Morales Group.
In addition to his key role at Morales Group, Seth is also deeply engaged with the community at large. Governor Pence appointed Seth to serve on the Indiana Commission for Hispanic Latino Affairs, and Seth also volunteers each summer with Project Stepping Stone, a program that helps Hispanic high school students successfully prepare for college and beyond. In addition, he serves on the board of the Indiana Latino Institute.
Seth earned his undergraduate degree at Purdue, where he was a three-year starter and honorary captain of the Purdue Big Ten Championship Football team, and his MBA at the University of Notre Dame. Seth’s Christian faith influences all his decisions, including his personal and professional commitment to servant leadership and, at home, how he and his wife Jackie raise their two sons, Sebastián (Sebby) and Mateo.

Jackie is From: Alamogordo, New Mexico
Fun Fact: I hiked to the top of Poas Volcano in Costa Rica and traveled in a chicken bus to Nicaragua while exploring Central America in my 20s.

Drawn to the company’s efforts toward global diversity, Jackie joined Morales Group in 2008 in a business development role. Today, as EVP, Jackie oversees Marketing, Human Resources, and Workforce Development. Her creative insight and marketing expertise have helped grow the organization’s client list and community connections.
Jackie’s deep commitment to the Latino community inspired her to take on many roles. She was elected as the first female chairman of the Indy Chamber Hispanic Business Council (2014) and has served on the HBC for nine years and on the Indy Chamber Executive Committee for three years. She spends summers mentoring and leading workshops at Project Stepping Stone, a program that helps Hispanic high school students prepare for college and beyond. She has also served on the board of Cancer Support Community Central Indiana (four years), and on the Exodus Refugee board for a year. In 2017, Jackie joined the Edge board, a faith-based nonprofit organization that mentors young professionals seeking guidance in their career journey.
Jackie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington, and completed her MBA from the University of Notre Dame. At home, Jackie loves spending time with her husband, Seth, and their two sons, Sebastián (Sebby) and Mateo.
Dan is From: Indianapolis, Indiana
Fun Fact: I climbed Mont Blanc, the highest peak in the Alps (15,771 feet/4,807 metres), and ran a 5K on the Great Wall of China.

Dan brings more than 30 years of Marketing and Operations experience to Morales Group, including time spent at Agie Charmilles, where he was president with responsibility for the “Americas” region, and Knowledge Services and dotStaff, where he served as EVP. Over the course of his career, Dan has had P&L responsibility as the CEO of several multinational companies. All of this experience benefits his COO role at Morales Group, where he is responsible for all aspects of staffing operations and delivery.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University, and his MBA from the University of Chicago. He and his wife Susan have two children and six grandchildren. When he isn’t helping run Morales Group or chasing the grandkids, Dan enjoys an active lifestyle that includes running, biking, and swimming.
Director of Human Resources
Monique is From: Porthope, Canada
Fun Fact: I am trilingual (English, Dutch, Spanish).

Born to parents who immigrated from the Netherlands to Porthope, Canada, Monique came to the United States at the age of four. Her diverse background and variety of homes (she also lived in Mexico City for five years when she was young), has afforded Monique the opportunity to become fluent in Dutch, Spanish, and English.
Before joining Morales Group, she spent twenty years working in the fashion industry at the corporate and store level for well-known brands including The Limited, The Children’s Place, and the GAP. Her roles included store planning and merchandising as well as sales and training and development. She began her career at Morales Group as an Outreach Recruitment Manager, transitioned to take on the role of Training + Development Manager, and now serves as HR Director.
In addition to her work responsibilities, Monique is on the board of Esperanza Ministries, and she enjoys being a mentor in a variety of scenarios. She and her husband, Kevin, have been married for twenty-eight years and have three children: Paulina, Collin, and Abby. Monique loves art and paints as often as she can while also enjoying walking, biking, and hiking (especially in the beautiful Arizona countryside).
Director of Staffing Operations
Brian is From: South Elgin, Illinois

With 21 years of staffing experience and 15 years working in business development, Brian was clearly a perfect addition to the Morales Group leadership team. In addition to his highly relevant previous positions, he is also an 11-time recipient of various Presidential and sales awards. His expertise in and passion for recruiting, sales, onsite management, branch management, and market development are valuable assets.
In addition to his work streamlining and optimizing staffing operations, Brian serves on IndySHRM’s board of directors as the VP of Membership and is a board member the ECM (Early Childhood Ministry) of Christ Lutheran Church. Married for 21 years, he and his wife, Jamie, share the journey of raising their two daughters, McKenzie—a dancer, cheerleader, and member of the National Honors Society—and Annika, who is also a dancer as well as a competitive travel softball player.
Director of Business Development
Adam is From: South Bend, Indiana

Born and raised in South Bend, Indiana (Go, Irish!), Adam spent six years in various roles within the electrical distribution industry. He joined Morales Group because he is passionate about the company’s inclusive work and mission of diversity as well as the team’s enthusiasm in their pursuit of their goals.
Adam is an improvement junkie who is always looking for ways to optimize and streamline processes. This tendency, combined with his dedication to creating harmony through strong communication, consistency, and discipline, allows him to contribute across many areas in the business.
Adam graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Sports Management. He and his wife, Rachel, share their home with two dogs—Kobe and Murphy—and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child, a little boy, in spring 2018.
Acción General Manager
Ben is From: Avon, Indiana
Fun Fact: I have a passion for the outdoors and have encountered many bears.

Ben’s genuine love for everyone he meets (and people in general)—combined with his strong faith foundation and commitment to a servant leadership—make him a perfect match for Morales Group. He brings fifteen years of diverse business experience to his role, including taking on a variety of positions in sales, finance, operations, and entrepreneurial ventures. The majority of his work has been in distribution and manufacturing operations. In fact, he arrived at Morales Group after having served as Plant Manager for a local manufacturer which utilized Morales Group’s Acción Performance service to manage its workforce.
Ben earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Boston College, and his MBA in finance and leadership from Emory University. He and his wife have been married for thirteen years and have three children who amaze them each and every day.
