Tom Morales

Tom is co-founder and CEO of Morales Group.  He proudly embraces his Mexican heritage, as well as his Hoosier roots, which date back over 50 years.  After 23 successful years in sales and marketing with such companies as Proctor and Gamble, Union Carbide and Donaldson Corporation, he left to explore other opportunities.  His dream was to launch a business, which could utilize his corporate background, as well as allow his Mexican heritage to be a bridge between the Indianapolis business community and the growing Hispanic population.

Under Tom’s leadership, Morales Group has been recognized as one of the fastest growing Hispanic owned businesses in America, one of the best places to work in Indiana, and one of the nation’s top 100 Hispanic businesses.

He is actively involved in several key organizations, including the Boy Scouts board (Crossroads of America), Immigrant Welcome Center board member, member of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and graduate of the Hispanic Business Council Mentor Protégé program, Commissioner on the Metropolitan Development Commission, appointed by Gov. Daniels as commissioner of SSAC (State Student Assistance Commission), board member for St. Francis Foundation, and member of the Latino Community Development.

Tom graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He has lectured around the United States on immigration issues and continues to advocate on behalf of the Hispanic community.

Dedicated to God, family and community Tom exemplifies family values and has been married for 37 years to his high school sweetheart, Chris. They are the proud parents of five children.
