This summer, Morales Group marked a major milestone—22 years of Building Better Futures in the staffing and recruitment industry. To celebrate the occasion, our team gathered for a special LEGOS meeting in our brand-new corporate headquarters, now located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis.
However, this is more than a building. This new space represents a continued investment in our people, our mission, and the communities we serve. It’s a fitting backdrop as we reflect on more than two decades of work connecting thousands of individuals to meaningful employment and career pathways.
A History of Growth, Purpose, and People
In 2003, we launched Morales Group with a bold mission: to Build Better Futures, One Story at a Time. What began as a small staffing agency has grown into a multi-division organization. Our growth has allowed us to expand our capabilities to support light industrial staffing, professional recruitment, skilled labor, and manufacturing solutions.
Along the way, we’ve remained committed to removing barriers, empowering underserved talent, and helping employers build teams with both skill and heart.
Today, Morales Group operates across multiple states, serving a wide range of industries through our divisions:
