Named President of Morales Group in 2025, Jackie has spent the past 18 years helping shape the company’s growth and long-term vision. Today, she leads strategic direction across the organization’s family of brands, including Morales Group Staffing, Morales Professional, and Acción Performance.

A Career Built on Strategy and Growth
Throughout her nearly two decades at Morales Group, Jackie has played a key role in transforming the organization into what it is today: a People Powered Platform delivering workforce and operational solutions to businesses across the country.
Her leadership focuses on long-term strategy, sustainable growth, and building strong teams. In recent years, Jackie has led several major initiatives that have expanded Morales Group’s capabilities and impact.
Among her most notable accomplishments:
- Leading in the acquisition of Career Transitions, 30+ year South Bend firm, which expands Morales Group’s executive search and professional placement capabilities.
- Launching the Morales Unidos Network, an employee-driven initiative focused on diversity, sustainability, and community engagement
- Guiding the relocation of Morales Group’s corporate headquarters to downtown Indianapolis, representing a long-term investment in the city and its business community
Through these efforts, Jackie has helped position Morales Group for continued growth while reinforcing the organization’s commitment to people and purpose.

Strengthening Communities Through Service
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jackie Morales is deeply committed to mentorship and community service.
She has supported initiatives that create opportunities for others, including mentoring Hispanic high school students through Project Stepping Stone and supporting Latino entrepreneurs through the Hispanic Business Council of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
Jackie also serves on the board of The Oaks Academy, a local Indianapolis school focused on providing a Christ-centered, quality education that develops leadership, character, and service in its students. Through this role, she helps support the school’s mission of expanding access to strong educational opportunities for families in the community.
In addition, Jackie serves with the National Christian Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and families maximize their generosity and support causes that create lasting impact.
Within Morales Group, Jackie also helped lead the company’s L.E.G.O.S. program, which resulted in 25 homes built for underserved families in Mazatlán, Mexico. She also played a role in establishing the organization’s annual goal of 2,000 volunteer hours, encouraging employees to give back in their communities.
