For more than 13 years, Daniel Benefiel has helped shape the growth of Morales Group.
Since joining the company in 2012, Daniel Benefiel has been part of Morales Group’s evolution across multiple roles and stages of growth. From Account Manager to Branch Manager, Account Executive, Regional Manager, Director, and Vice President of Staffing Operations, his career has reflected not only personal growth, but the continued growth of the organization itself.
Now, Daniel is stepping into a new role as Vice President of Morales Professional, where he will lead the continued expansion of the division’s professional search capabilities across executive search, engineering, and IT.
“From the moment I joined Morales Group, I felt something different,” Daniel shared. “There was a purpose behind why we exist and how we show up for our people and clients. That purpose is what has kept me here ever since.”
