Tiffany Hanson Awarded IBJ’s Forty Under 40
Congratulations to Tiffany Hanson on her Forty Under 40 Recognition!
In a world where progress is measured by milestones and achievements, it is important to take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate individuals who are making a difference. Indiana Business Journal‘s (IBJ) Forty Under 40 selected our very own Tiffany Hanson as one of their honorees!
Tiffany serves as our Director of Supplier Diversity + Business Growth at Morales Group. Her focus lies in leveraging corporate and government supplier-diversity programs, enabling Morales Group to fill the need for corporations and units of government looking to do business with more minority-owned vendors. Additionally, she also actively raises public awareness about the impact of supplier-diversity programs and provides support to several minority and women-owned businesses along the way.
Her dedication to fostering equity embodies our three core values: Be Humble, Be Courageous, and Be A Light. She is actively helping create a supplier-diversity program within our own company walls.
Her passion for creating more equitable opportunities extends beyond her role at Morales Group. Tiffany is deeply involved in various initiatives that promote equity and empowerment. She volunteers on the Women Equity Brunch team, where she contributes to creating spaces for women to thrive. Additionally, she serves as a mentor for young Latino professionals, sharing her expertise and guidance to help them succeed. Through her current role championing supplier diversity, Tiffany’s ultimate goal is to create more equitable opportunities for all wherever possible.
Tiffany’s recognition by IBJ’s Forty Under 40 is a testament to her unwavering commitment to creating a more inclusive workforce.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Tiffany and all the recipients of this prestigious award. Your accomplishments serve as a beacon of hope for aspiring leaders everywhere. We thank to IBJ for hosting this event and providing a platform to honor these extraordinary individuals.
Today, we celebrate Tiffany’s incredible achievement and use it as an opportunity to highlight empowering women in the workforce. Together, we will continue working towards a more equitable and inclusive future for all.
