Our L.E.G.O.S. Program

At our company, service isn’t just something we do – it’s who we are. The Loving Every Gift of Service (L.E.G.O.S.) Program brings that belief to life by celebrating the everyday moments when our team members go above and beyond for others.

Team members are invited to nominate their peers when they demonstrate one of our core values – Be Humble, Be Courageous, Be a Light, or Be Gritty – in service to others. Each month, these nominations are shared aloud during our all-company meeting, and the individuals are recognized with a LEGO brick that becomes part of a growing foundation.

By the end of the year, every act of kindness and courage comes together to form a LEGO replica of a home we help build in Mazatlán, Mexico – a powerful reminder that when we serve together, we build something real, lasting, and full of hope.
