About
Staffing with a purpose
We’re in business to create a better future — for you, for your family, and for the community we share. Morales Group is a mission-focused staffing and talent sourcing agency. We have successfully placed more than 175,000 teammates across our multiple locations in Indiana, as well as across the Midwest.
If you want the nutshell: we can match you with the right career or hire the right candidate for your company. If you want the purpose: we do so much more than that.
People strategy should be transformational, not transactional. That’s how we do business.
Overview
Mission
Our mission is building better futures, one story at a time. We acknowledge the whole person and their individual story. We take great care to create an environment that is as inclusive as it is innovative, and as meaningful as it is productive. Building better futures isn’t a tagline — it’s the reason we come to work every day.
Vision
“Staffing with a purpose” is our vision, because talent recruitment should serve a higher principle.
Values
Be Humble. Be Courageous. Be a Light. We chose these values because they fuel us. A humble team with the courage to think big and face challenges — with the spark to light up the lives around them — will always make a difference.
