Morales Group Inc. Staffing is looking for a Call Center Representative in Plainfield, IN.

Responsibilities of Call Center Representative:

  • Answer inbound calls regarding warranties and service questions
  • Accurately entering data into computer system
  • Provide superior customer focus to all
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
  • Handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements of Call Center Representative:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Stable work history
  • Reliable transportation

Compensation for Call Center Representative:

  • $12.50 an hour

Shift:

  • 1:30pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday
  • 3:30pm-12am Tuesday-Saturday
  • 3:30pm-12am Sunday-Thursday
