Responsible for answering inbound phone calls and assist employees with various questions and concerns. In this capacity, Inbound Sourcers are required to maintain a comprehensive list of all open client orders and ability to articulate position requirements and prerequisites. Position requires recruitment of applicants for Morales Group clients while continually exhibiting the core values of the organization; maintain accurate information in corporate database; maintain accurate and timely communication with candidates and internal staff; maintain excellent customer relations

Responsibilities of Call Center Representative:

  • Answer inbound phone calls in “round-robin” rotation
  • Assist with outbound phone calls as needed
  • Assist employees with ATS access (i.e. W-2’s, paystubs, application, etc.)
  • Obtain open client orders daily and basic understanding of position requirements
  • Verify completion of application information; verifying and clarifying information; pre-screening of applicants; explaining hiring policies
  • Maintain Recruiter and CSR orientation calendars
  • Tracking of employee file status to determine appropriate activity
  • Ability to reconcile employee pay concerns
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all employee in company data base
  • Respond flexibly, and with a sense of urgency, to changing employee and client needs
  • Log detailed messages in company ATS of each employee interaction
  • Maintain good communication/working relationships with all departments within the organization
  • Report all hazardous conditions/equipment to his/her manager immediately
  • Work is performed in an office related environment
  • Uses independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties

Requirements of Call Center Representative:

  • Ability to speak,read, and write in English at a level appropriate for the job and communicate effectively
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and or other languages is a plus
  • Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Department of Labor Laws both Federal/State specific preferred
  • High School and Higher Education preferred
