As we mark the 21st anniversary of Morales Group, we take a moment to reflect on our incredible journey. From our humble beginnings to becoming a leading staffing company, our story is one of dedication, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to our mission.
The Founding Vision
Tom Morales founded Morales Group in 2003 with a vision to provide meaningful job opportunities and support to our community. In addition to our staffing services, Morales Group offers customized Supply Chain Solutions under our Acción Performance division.
Acción Performance partners with clients to provide supply chain support that include fixed cost per unit, Managed Workforce and packaging solutions. Tom’s passion for helping others and his deep understanding of the staffing industry and supply chain laid the foundation for what would become a company driven by purpose and excellence.
In 2020, Tom Morales passed the torch of leadership to his son, Seth Morales. This marked the beginning of the second generation of family leadership. As our current CEO, Seth has continued to uphold and expand the legacy of service leadership he and his father built.
Throughout our 21 years, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to our community. Our team has worked tirelessly to support and guide over 175,000 external teammates through the job market. The initiative shown within the Morales Group family reflects our dedication to not only providing jobs but also fostering an inclusive environment for all.
A Legacy of Giving Back
Through all these years, we strive to give back to our community. Morales Group’s commitment to service is deeply rooted in our history. It is inspired by Manuel and Josefina Morales, parents of our founder, Tom Morales. This dedication shows in our community partnerships with organizations like Project Stepping Stone, which empowers Latino youth. It is also evident in the creation of the Manuel and Josefina Morales Endowment Scholarship.
We also serve our internal team by ensuring that we are holistically supporting our teammates. We incorporate health and wellness events, encourage workforce development through training programs, and engage in various community projects and partnerships. Our Morales Unidos Network celebrates diversity and promotes cultural awareness. We dedicate ourselves to making a positive impact and building better futures for all through these efforts.
