Our recent staffing poll points to a clear priority for today’s organizations.
75 percent of respondents selected direct hire, while 25 percent chose temp to hire. Temporary and contract staffing received no votes, reinforcing that a majority of companies are focused on building long-term team stability while maintaining flexibility where it counts.
Filling roles meets immediate needs. Building teams drives long-term success.
Morales Group helps organizations do both through flexible hiring models and targeted recruiting strategies designed for retention, performance, and growth.

Our Corporate Headquarters was proud to host the Women in Manufacturing Indiana leadership team for their annual leadership meeting last week.
Women in Manufacturing Indiana is dedicated to empowering women and strengthening the manufacturing sector, something Morales Group continues to support through our commitment to advancing women in manufacturing and logistics. Today, more than 50 percent of our executive leadership team is made up of talented women.

As part of our Women’s History Month spotlights, we are proud to recognize Madison King, Content + Social Media Associate at our Morales Group Corporate Headquarters.
Madison joined Morales Group following her graduation from the University of Evansville through Orr Fellowship, where she began as a Marketing Coordinator. Through the partnership between Morales Group and Orr Fellowship, she has continued to grow professionally while building a strong foundation in marketing and creative strategy. With a passion for both creativity and culture, she has found a way to bring those interests together through her work.
In her role as Content + Social Media Associate, Madison supports content and social media efforts across the organization. From creating graphics and managing social platforms to supporting photography and recruitment marketing for our branches, her work helps showcase our service offerings and connect with both clients and candidates. She is also a valuable member of the Morales Group Culture Committee, where she helps support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
One of the accomplishments she is most proud of is earning her role at Morales Group through Orr Fellowship. Securing a full-time opportunity before graduation and being selected among a highly competitive group of candidates was a defining moment as she began her professional journey.
For Madison, Women’s History Month is a reminder that women deserve to be recognized and celebrated every day. She reflects on the strong, supportive women who continue to inspire how she shows up, not only in her work, but in how she supports and encourages others.
Her advice to women early in their careers is to trust yourself. Be confident in your abilities while staying open to learning and growth. Give yourself the same support and grace that you offer to others, and remember that you do not have to carry everything on your own. Allow yourself to be supported, take up space, and continue to grow.
We are proud to celebrate Madison and the women who make a difference across our teams every day.

As part of our Women’s History Month spotlights, we are proud to recognize Kim Raiford, VP of Business Development.
Kim began her career in the staffing industry right out of college as an Attendance Clerk and has grown through roles in recruiting, onsite management, account management, branch leadership, and operations.
After years in operations, she was encouraged by our founder, Tom Morales, to transition into sales. What started as a new challenge became a defining step in her career, and today she leads our business development efforts.
In her role, Kim focuses on supporting and developing our sales, operations, and leadership teams while continuing to build strong client partnerships. Her leadership is rooted in service, with a focus on inspiring others and creating opportunities for the individuals we serve.
While she has achieved many milestones, Kim shares that she is most proud of the moments centered on impact, supporting and mentoring others and seeing their growth.
Women’s History Month is especially meaningful to Kim as a mother of two daughters. She reflects on the women who have shaped her life and the importance of continuing to uplift one another. In her words, women lifting up women is one of the strongest forces there is.
Her advice to women early in their careers is simple. Stay curious, be dedicated, lead with integrity, and do not give up on your goals.
