Morales Group Acquires MAVPAK Warehousing

Morales Group is proud to announce that its supply chain solutions arm, Acción Performance, has acquired MAVPAK Warehousing—a strategic move that strengthens the Morales Group family of brands and significantly enhances its operational footprint. This acquisition deepens Morales Group’s ability to provide flexible, scalable, and innovative supply chain solutions to meet the evolving needs of its partners.

With a long-standing reputation for delivering workforce, supply chain, and professional services, Morales Group operates across three integrated business units:

• Morales Group Staffing – end-to-end workforce solutions

• Acción Performance – scalable fulfillment, kitting, and 3PL services

• Career Transitions – executive search, professional placement, and outplacement

Through this acquisition, Acción Performance will expand its service offerings to include direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment, full pallet storage, and an expanded range of value-added services—all backed by Morales Group’s legacy of people-first service.
