During Black History Month, we are honoring the African American neighbors and leaders who helped shape the Martindale-Brightwood community, the neighborhood our Morales Group Corporate Headquarters now calls home.
In this neighborhood, you can find the Greatriarchs mural series, a series that celebrates long term residents whose stories, leadership, mentorship, and legacy continue to guide the community today.
What began as porch conversations with Harrison Center artists has grown into more than 40 portraits displayed along the 16th Street corridor and in exhibits across the city. The project invites all of us to slow down, listen, and recognize that every person’s story is an important part of community history.
At Morales Group, our mission is to Build Better Futures, One Story at a Time. Being part of the Martindale Brightwood neighborhood gives us the opportunity to learn from the stories around us and honor the people who have built the past, present and future of this community.

At our 2026 Company Kickoff, teammates from the Morales Group Family of Brands - Morales Group Staffing, Accion Performance, a morales group company and Morales Professional, powered by Career Transitions Holdings, LLC, came together to reconnect, reflect, and set the tone for the year ahead.
We started the morning by sharing breakfast and coffee, giving teammates time to gather before diving into time focused on people, purpose, and what’s next.
Our CEO, Seth Morales, opened the kickoff by recognizing teammates who lived out our 2025 Rally Cry All In: Light the Path throughout the year. CEO Seth and President and Chief Strategy + Growth Officer Jackie Morales also led a conversation around our core values and mission, Building Better Futures, One Story at a Time, honoring this year’s Tommy Award recipients:

We celebrated milestones, service, and growth across the organization, welcomed new teammates into the Morales Group family, and reflected on the impact we’ve made together.
Each branch and division also received a Morales Group WHY Box, a gift meant to remind teammates of the reason behind the work we do. Inside each box was a shared activity for teams to complete together, along with sweet treats to enjoy as a team.
We introduced our 2026 rally cry, Built to Win, setting a clear direction for the year ahead. The morning concluded with a prayer written by our founder, Tom Morales, creating space for reflection and gratitude as we move forward together.
