At Morales Group, we believe in fostering growth, both individually and as a team. Our People + Culture Team implemented the Predictive Index (PI) to help teammates better understand themselves and how they interact with each other. The PI is more than just an assessment—it’s a powerful tool designed to boost self-awareness, improve teamwork and create a more collaborative workplace.

What is the Predictive Index?

The Predictive Index is a scientifically backed assessment that helps individuals understand their personality traits, workplace behavior and motivation. It goes beyond traditional personality tests, giving us deep insights into how we operate, communicate and collaborate with others. The PI breaks down our behavioral patterns into clear, actionable data. This allows us to understand how we work best and how to best engage with colleagues.

After completion of the assessment, all teammates receive a detailed PI Placard that highlights results, making it easier for others to see how to interact with teammates effectively. This personalized insight encourages teammates to lean into strengths and recognize areas for growth, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

One of the key benefits of the PI is how it enhances teamwork. By understanding how everyone prefers to work—whether it’s how teammates approach problems, communicate or manage tasks –they can collaborate more effectively.
