Second Mountain
Diversity is being invited to the party. Inclusion is being asked to dance.
We are a minority-owned organization. We were founded, in fact, to support minority communities. Our organizational purpose is to build better futures — to better the lives and reaffirm the humanity of the people we serve and employ. Our vision is “staffing with a purpose,” and Morales Group is about more than just a job.
Corporate spaces have a platform for allyship
“We all have a responsibility to use our voice, educate ourselves more completely, and act together to create a world moving toward equity.”
-Seth Morales, Morales Group President + CEO

Our Priorities
Removing Barriers to Employment
Barriers to employment tend to be socially counterproductive and can discriminate against minorities, women, persons with disabilities, justice-involved individuals and older employees. We aim to shift the perspective that employers tend to have when it comes to talent — in today’s labor market, there are many jobs to fill, yet these communities are still struggling to connect. We take action to develop plans for employers to be proactive about eliminating their barriers to employment.
Champion Diversity
Not only are we a Minority Business Enterprise that prizes the promotion of diversity in all workplace atmospheres, we are a family business that takes the “family” part of the equation seriously. We take care to celebrate the unique heritage of those on our team, not only with cultural events but we also host inclusion workshops, promote diverse hiring practices with our partners, and sponsor an inclusion action team to help us stay proactive in creating an environment in which all people are actively included and treated respectfully.
Fair Employment Practices
Morales Group is an equal opportunity employer. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on gender, race, age, skin color, nationality, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, background, physical or mental disability, or on any other grounds. Due to the nature of our business we do not consider any of our operations to be at risk of human rights violations, such as child labor, forced or compulsory labor, or infringements of indigenous rights.
