The Indiana Latino Institute Names CEO Seth Morales of Morales Group Staffing as New Board Chair

The Indiana Latino Institute is pleased to announce that the ILI Board of Director has elected Seth Morales, President & CEO of Morales Group, Inc Staffing, as the new Board Chair of the organization. Seth has served on the ILI Board since 2018. 

 “ILI has become the front door to helping build better futures and creating a pipeline of talent through advocacy, education and leadership development,” said new Board Chair Seth Morales. “It’s an honor to serve and continue this legacy forward.”

 “We are very fortunate to have Seth Morales step into the Board Chair role,” said Marlene Dotson, President & CEO of the Indiana Latino Institute. “We are excited to see him lead our Board of Directors with his business determination and passion as well as innovative ideas.”

 Along with naming Seth Morales as Board Chair, ILI announces the new slate of officers and new board member.
