With our new corporate headquarters up and running, Morales Group took our beloved annual Chili-Ween tradition to the next level. We transformed it into a full Fall Festival that celebrated community, creativity, and connection.
This year, teammates from across all our Midwest locations joined together with friends and families for a day filled with good food, laughter, and purpose. The festival featured everything from homemade chili and baked goods to arts and crafts and fresh lemonade and cider, thanks to our talented teammate vendors.
Of course, no Chili-Ween would be complete without our annual chili cook-off. Guests sampled and voted for their favorite recipe. The fun continued with both kid and adult costume contests, because at Morales Group, we believe teamwork and play go hand in hand.
Most importantly, every bowl of chili and every creative entry helped make a difference. All proceeds from chili votes and vendor donations went directly to YWAM Homes of Hope, helping provide safe, stable housing for families in need.
Building Better Futures, One Story (and One Bowl of Chili) at a Time
Events like Chili-Ween remind us why culture matters. At Morales Group, we know that a strong company culture isn’t just built in the office, it’s built through shared experiences. Taking time to connect beyond work fosters belonging, gratitude, and purpose. These are the values that define who we are and how we show up for our teammates, clients, and communities.
As we continue to grow and settle into our new headquarters, we’re proud to see traditions like Chili-Ween evolve right alongside us, bigger, better, and more meaningful each year.
Thank You
We’re so grateful to every teammate, family member, and friend who helped make this year’s Fall Festival one to remember. Your energy, creativity, and generosity truly embody what it means to build better futures, together.
