From welcoming new teammates to expanding our capabilities and opening a new headquarters, 2025 has been a year filled with meaningful milestones. Expanding Our Family: Welcoming Career Transitions
One of the most meaningful milestones of the year was the acquisition of Career Transitions (CT), a South Bend-based professional search and outplacement firm with nearly four decades of excellence.
Joining forces with CT strengthened our ability to deliver high-touch, professional workforce solutions while expanding the Morales Group Professional Division.
With CT’s President Brian Hulecki stepping into the role of Vice President of the Professional Division, and talented CT team members joining our organization, we were able to:

- Deliver tailored hiring solutions across industries
- Offer exceptional service backed by decades of proven expertise

Strengthening Our Supply Chain Solutions: Acción Performance Acquires MAVPAK Warehousing
Another major moment of 2025 was the expansion of our supply chain capabilities through Acción Performance’s acquisition of MAVPAK Warehousing.
This strategic move allows us to offer our clients more in these service areas:
We’re especially grateful to the MAVPAK team members who joined us, including Tony Boris, Mike Parsley, and 23 seasoned warehousing professionals whose experience elevates our ability to serve partners with excellence.
For more than a decade, Acción and MAVPAK built trust together and this year we turned that trust into a shared future.
A New Home Base: Moving Our Corporate Headquarters Downtown
After 17 years in our original office, 2025 marked the start of a new chapter as we moved our corporate headquarters to a renovated, modern space at 16th Street and the Monon Trail in downtown Indianapolis.
This move:
- Brings our corporate teams together in a vibrant, collaborative environment
- Places us closer to the heart of the community we serve
- Reflects our commitment to innovation and continued growth

And of course, our westside staffing branch remains open and thriving, continuing to serve job seekers and employers with the same dedication and care.
