We’re beyond ecstatic to announce a special milestone: Jose Villalobos, one of our Account Managers, is officially a citizen of the United States.  Jose’s journey toward citizenship serves as an inspiring memento of determination, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of a better future. About Jose

Jose is originally from Venezuela. He moved to Indiana when he was 23 years old, and he shares that one of his biggest challenges was learning English. When he arrived, he did not speak, read or write any English. Although English wasn’t his strength, Jose got right to work and started integrating himself into this new location.

In June of 2022, Jose joined our Morales Group team, and he will be hitting his one-year milestone this summer. Through his dedication and commitment,  he exemplifies the values of hard work and perseverance, which are integral to both personal and professional growth. As an Account Manager, Jose works closely with our internal teams and clients to ensure our company is living up to our core values.

On the day of the ceremony, as Jose stood before his family and friends, tears of joy were shed and smiles of accomplishment filled the room, highlighting the significance of this life-changing achievement. He put in the time, energy and effort to not only start the process of naturalization but to see it all the way through to completion. Jose’s light shines brightly for those both in his personal and professional life.

Of the process and becoming a citizen, Jose had this to say, “One of my dreams has come true. I feel so blessed and fortunate to be part of this country.”
