Morales Group President and COO Seth Morales appointed to St. Vincent Board of Directors
INDIANAPOLIS (August 1, 2019) — Morales Group president and chief operations officer, Seth Morales joins the St. Vincent Health board of directors.
Seth Morales oversees all operations of Morales Group, an Indianapolis-based recruiting and staffing agency. Mr. Morales, an active business and community leader, also serves on the boards for Indiana Latino Institute, Young Presidents’ Organization, and TrueU. This year he was also recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as a Forty Under 40 award recipient.
Seth engages with the community as a mentor with Project Stepping Stone, a college prep program that helps Hispanic students prepare for college. His work at Morales Group focuses on workforce development, with an emphasis on helping people skill up to the next level of their careers.
He received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and his undergraduate degree from Purdue University, where he was a three-year starter and honorary captain of the Purdue Big Ten Championship Football team.
