Morales Group, an Indianapolis based staffing and performance-based workforce company, is pleased to announce Seth Morales in the role of President. Seth will have operational oversight and work with Tom Morales, Owner and CEO, on strategic growth initiatives.

Seth has been with Morales Group for over 11 years. During his tenure, he’s demonstrated a sharp sense of Morales Group’s distinction in both the Indianapolis community and in the staffing industry. Much like Tom Morales, Seth leads with a mission to make an impact in the community and to better the lives of those around him.

“Seth has been an integral part in growing the business. His constant drive to fulfill our mission is what will continue to strengthen and develop Morales Group,” Tom Morales, CEO of Morales Group.

Joining in a sales capacity, Seth helped build the foundation of what is now our business development team. After five years, he transitioned into a Sales Manager role where he led the sales team to many rewarding victories. In 2013 Seth advanced into the VP of Business Development role where he’s been a key component in the overall growth. He currently sits on the Morales Group Executive team, serving as a critical part of the leadership for the company.

“It is a humbling experience to take on this role, especially knowing and being able to continue working with the people who make our mission come to life. Our strategic vision to build better futures will continue to be our guide into what’s to come,” Seth Morales, President of Morales Group.

As a leader in the company, Seth validates why Morales Group is one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana. Elected to serve on the Indiana Commission for Hispanic Latino Affairs, Seth also continues to volunteer with Project Stepping Stone, a college prep program that helps Hispanic high school students successfully prepare for college and beyond.

Before coming to Morales Group, Seth worked at Ricoh Business Systems focusing on business development. He earned his BA from Purdue University and completed his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
